三枚目の写真の右側は小サイズになります。

こちら、糊付けの竹筆でして、最初の扱い方も載せておきます。
まず、50〜60℃のお湯で軽く揉むぐらいで糊を落とす、この際、竹筆は小筆のように消耗品ですので、あまり激しく扱わず、落とす程度でお願いします。
さらにこの時の温度が高いと少し柔らかくなるので、そちらの方がよろしい時は温度で調整してください。温めるほど柔らかくなるそうです。

This unique bamboo brush is made by finely splitting the tip of the bamboo shaft, offering a distinct texture and writing feel.
The officially listed bristle length is 8 cm, but this includes the portion up to the node (joint), so the actual usable length is slightly shorter. (For size comparison, the brush on the right in the third photo is the small version.)

This is a glue-set bamboo brush, and some preparation is required before first use:
Soak the tip in hot water (about 50–60°C) and gently rub it to remove the glue. Please handle it gently, as bamboo brushes are consumables similar to small calligraphy brushes.
If you prefer a softer feel, you can slightly increase the water temperature — the hotter the water, the softer the bristles become.

You can create varied, expressive strokes by using both the tip and the body of the brush. We highly recommend trying this bamboo brush to explore a different dimension of calligraphy expression.
