こちらは純白（白馬と羊毛の兼毛）筆で軸径11.5㎜、穂長56㎜という長鋒気味の少し柔らかめの兼毛筆で以前よく出ていたのが先生方の添削用、という使い方だったようです。当店の一般的な四号筆では一番長鋒なんじゃないでしょうか。こちらもお手に取ってもらうためにちょっとの期間、少し割引してお出しします。
Like our popularly revived “Hakusen” brush, the “Hōkō” has recently made a comeback in popularity at our main store.
This brush features a blend of white horse and goat hair, resulting in a pure white bristle with a soft and flexible touch.
With a shaft diameter of approx. 11.5 mm and a bristle length of 56 mm, it leans slightly toward a long-tip (chōhō) design—possibly the longest among our standard No. 4 size brushes.
While it's suitable for various expressive writing styles such as kana and modern poetic scripts, this brush has historically been favored by calligraphy instructors for corrections and annotations, thanks to its graceful flexibility and extended tip.
