独特の滲みが特徴的な竹油煙墨『天通竹』一丁型　“Tentsūchiku” – Bamboo Oil Soot Ink Stick with Unique Bleed Effect (1-Chō Size)

経済産業大臣指定伝統的工芸品　鈴鹿墨

今では三重県鈴鹿市白子地区で唯一となった鈴鹿墨の墨匠『進誠堂』で作られた
１丁型の竹油煙墨になります。
竹の油から採れる煤を水牛膠で混錬し作られた墨です。淡墨から超淡墨にかけて独特の滲みが特徴です。灰色系の美しい墨色です。

非常に貴重な竹の煤を使用しておりますので、年間の生産数に限りが有ります。

Crafted by Shinseidō, the last remaining ink artisan in the Shiroko district of Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, this ink stick represents the legacy of Suzuka Ink, a Traditional Craft officially designated by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

This 1-chō size ink stick is made from soot extracted from bamboo oil, kneaded with water buffalo glue.
It produces a unique bleeding effect, especially when used with light to ultra-light ink washes, and features a beautiful gray-toned ink color.

Due to the rarity of bamboo soot, only a limited number are produced each year.
