尚香堂製『山兎長鋒筆（小）超長鋒』　Shōkōdō “Mountain Hare Ultra Long Brush” (Small Size / Chōchōhō)

以前、ラインナップに載せました山兎の長鋒筆のさらに長鋒筆になります。
この上にもっと大きいサイズの筆があるので、ややこしい名前ですみません。
サイズは軸径７.５㎜、穂長５８㎜で仮名、近代詩文にお使いいただけます。
紙の大きさは全懐紙以上でしょうか。
筆の三大産地の一つ、川尻で作られた筆で、今はない山兎の毛を使い
他にない弾力の筆になっております。
古い筆でこちらはまだある程度の数もありますのでお手に取っていただけるよう

This brush is an even longer-tipped version of the previously introduced mountain hare long-tip brush—yes, the naming may be a bit confusing, as there is actually an even larger size above this one.

Crafted in Kawashiri, one of Japan’s three major brush-making regions, this brush uses the now-unavailable mountain hare hair (yama usagi), giving it a uniquely springy and resilient touch rarely found in modern brushes.

Shaft diameter: approx. 7.5 mm

Bristle length: approx. 58 mm

Recommended for use on zenkaishi-sized paper or larger, this ultra-long brush performs beautifully in kana calligraphy and modern poetic works (kanji–kana mixed script).
Its long, elegant tip allows for expressive movement and nuanced stroke work, favored by advanced calligraphers.
